In the current era of globalization, there are many companies engaged in goods delivery services as well as document package delivery, so the business competition is getting tougher, so companies are required to improve the company's performance in order to win the market competition that is engaged in the same field. Therefore, the authors are interested in examining the company's performance with the Human Resource Management Strategy and Supply Chain Management Strategy through the Company's Capabilities at PT. TIKI Company located in the Bekasi City Region. represent the dimensions of each variable. In carrying out data analysis using SEM with AMOS software. In this study there were the following results: 1. Implementation of the Human Resource Management Strategy had a positive and significant effect on organizational capability; 2. The implementation of the Human Resource Management Strategy has a positive and significant impact on the Supply Chain Management Strategy; 3. Organizational capability has a positive and significant impact on company performance; 4. the implementation of the Human Resource Management Strategy has a positive and significant impact on the company's performance;5. the implementation of the Supply Chain Management Strategy has a positive and significant effect on performance. From the results of the study, it is recommended that organizations focus more on developing organizational capabilities, as well as strategic HRM as a business partner and Supply Chain Management Strategy.
