Functional Technical Education and Training on Improvement Performance of Regional Financial and Asset Management Office Employees Bone Regency
Abstract
Education and training attended by employees to improve knowledge, skills, attitudes and behavior, so that they can carry out their duties and responsibilities with the performance expected by the organization. The purpose of this research is to find out. The type of research used is survey research. While the design of this research is quantitative research. The population is all employees of the Regional Financial and Asset Management Office of Bone Regency as many as 104 people, while the sampling in this study uses stratified proportional random sampling by taking 52 employees or as much as 50% of the total population. The data collection technique used in this research is to use a questionnaire, observation and documentation. The results showed that functional technical education and training consisting of training participants, instructors/widyaswara, training period, training materials, training process, training facilities together had a significant effect on employee performance at the Regional Financial and Asset Management Office of Bone Regency. This is indicated by the Fcount value of 74,226 with a significant value of 0.05 (5%).
